Feeling a necessity for more space we have moved to Palīdzības Str., 6 (near factory „Laima”).

In our new, more spacious and convenient premises already existing services – Yoga lessons, consultations, and ayurvedic massages are complemented by more meditations (including Osho Dynmic meditation every morning), and an ayurvedic procedure panchakarma. Panchakarma (in translation “five activities”) is one of the most known ayurvedic procedures, which is directed to the total cleansing and rejuvenation of the body. It is recommended both in prophylactic purposes and in the treatment of grave and chronic diseases. Our organism as a result of our life style, environment pollution, and wrong nutrition step-by-step is being contaminated with toxins, which cause various diseases (individually for everybody – depending on inherent inclinations). Medicines as well as ayurvedic preparations are of a low efficiency because in the contaminated organism they fail to reach the target organs: toxins are blocking their Access. Panchakarma eliminates toxins from the organism, therefore it itself has a strong effect. Moreover, after it the effect of any preparation increases many-folds. Panchakarma in an ideal case lasts for about 4 weeks in the clinical conditions, but we have adjusted it for the outpatients since not everybody has an opportunity to leave his working place for such a long time. Therefore, we propose for our clients an individual program according to their health status and possibilities.
It is also possible to undertake Panchakarma divided in several courses, each lasting at least 7-9 days. However, only one short-term 9 days Panchakarma is also highly effective procedure. During Panchakarma a special diet is prescribed, special medicines are used, which eliminate toxins from all the body tissues to the digestive tract. In order to successfully soak and eliminate toxins from tissues, special warm oil massages, steam sauna, etc. are performed. As the next step toxins are eliminated from the digestive tract usually provoking diarrhea – or with the help of an ayurvedic clyster. More rarely – provoking vomiting (depending on each individual case, season, etc.). Hence, Panchakarma is effective both as the detoxication and rejuvenation procedure; it possesses a pronounced medical and cosmetic effect. It is effective in the treatment of many chronic diseases – such as bone-joint diseases (arthritis, arthrosis, etc.), backbone problems, metabolism diseases (increased cholesterol level, diabetes, etc.), gynecological, urological, and andrological diseases, cardiovascular illnesses (increased blood pressure, etc.), indigestion, renal failures, allergy, and in the treatment of many other diseases. After Panchakarma (as well as during it) Yoga activities (hatha yoga) are highly recommended, which by many times increases its effect.
